FILE SHARING IS ILLEGAL!!!
FILE SHARERS ARE KILLING THE VERY PEOPLE THAT THEY WANT DESIGNS FROM.
WITHOUT US DIGITISERS YOU HAVE NO DESIGNS.
I am aware of the file sharing and selling of my designs. I also know who these people are and I am investigating them. They will be prosecuted.
By sharing my designs they are effectively putting me out of business. It is a huge struggle to digitise and run a site. Contrary to what you may think I hardly earn enough money to even cover the costs of the website or pay for my sewing supplies or pay off my machine in order to keep digitising. I started this as a way to earn a living for my family doing something I love however I do not even make a profit and this is largely due to unscrupulous FILE SHARERS.
I wanted to supply lovely designs for the embroiderers out there. I put my heart and soul and all of my time into providing this service for embroiderers. I have to pay for all of the clipart and licences in order to get these designs for them.
I and other digitisers will end up being unable to supply the designs anymore and people will have to purchase far more expensive designs from the machine manufacturers once again if this continues. Without us in the first place there would not be cheaper designs. Our designs are worth far more than we charge for them but we sell at these prices to make it affordable to home embroiderers. Sharing and selling these designs is depriving the good and honest people of good digitisers.
Imagine if we all stole from our local supermarket. They would not be able to remain open to provide food if they are continuously robbed.!!! All of the good honest people would lose their source of food to provide for their families and the thieves would be biting the very hand that feeds them as well as committing a criminal offence punishable by a prison term.
This is no different.!!

All embroidery designs free or purchased on this site may be resized by 20% and used to embroider on items for yourself, for gifts, on items which are to be sold and on items as a service.
They may NOT be duplicated or changed, resold, loaned, shared or transferred in any way.
